COLLECTOR CARE, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Collecting original artwork is a considered and personal decision. My role is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage.

Before confirming your acquisition, you are welcome to request additional images, close detail videos, or bespoke scale mock ups within your space. I encourage this. Seeing a work properly, its texture, movement, and presence is essential.

Every piece is carefully prepared and professionally packaged to museum standard before leaving the studio.

RETURNS

If for any reason the artwork is not right for your space, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Works must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping, insurance, and any associated duties remain the responsibility of the collector.

Refunds are issued once the work has been safely returned and condition checked.

That said, careful pre-purchase consultation means returns are rare. I am here to ensure the piece feels right before it leaves the studio.

SHIPPING

All works are shipped worldwide from the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated individually and confirmed prior to dispatch. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for preparation and shipment following cleared payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Large scale works may be shipped rolled in a reinforced art tube where appropriate. This method ensures maximum protection and can reduce international freight costs. The preferred shipping method will always be discussed with you personally.

Every shipment is handled by experienced fine art couriers, with full tracking and insurance in place.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International acquisitions may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the collector. However, I proactively review potential customs implications in advance and communicate them clearly before dispatch to avoid unexpected costs or delays.

Couriers manage customs clearance and provide secure door-to-door delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required prior to dispatch.

For commissioned works, a deposit secures your place in the schedule, with the balance payable upon completion and prior to shipment.

Title of ownership transfers upon receipt of full payment.

A NOTE ON REPRESENTATION

Every effort is made to represent colour, scale, and surface texture as accurately as possible. Variations may occur depending on lighting and screen calibration. Additional imagery is always available upon request.

PERSONAL COMMITMENT

Collecting art should feel exciting, not uncertain.

I approach every acquisition with care, transparency, and professionalism. From first enquiry to installation, my intention is to make the experience as considered and rewarding as the artwork itself.

If you have questions at any stage, I welcome the conversation.
