As the tide ebbs across the sandbanks at Horseshoe Point, flowing water cuts delicate channels through the soft, fine sand. For only a few hours, these intricate formations exist before the incoming tide completely reshapes the landscape.

In Beach Tree, those temporary tidal markings take on the appearance of the trunk and spreading branches of an ancient tree.
